Shipping & Returns

Please read carefully; the guidelines for returns and exchanges have been updated.

  • In transit damage is a problem that affects the majority of goods. Please roll to a minimum diameter of 6 inches and deliver in a box that is the same size as the one it was shipped in.

  • Images on the website might not match the actual products sent because to differences in monitor/screen settings and the vast range of natural material. Unhappiness with the colour or texture is not an acceptable excuse for an exchange.

 

  • GIFT : Please include whatever information you have, such as the order number, the name or email of the person who ordered the present, etc., If you received your item as a gift, and we will make sure you are taken care of.

Domestic Returns and Exchanges

  • Please be aware that domestic consumers are responsible for the cost of sending DCO any items that are being returned or exchanged.

International Returns and Exchanges

  • The cost of shipping, duties, customs fees, and taxes for items being returned or exchanged to DCO are the responsibility of international consumers.
